How it started
We built something around a few goal exercises. Didn't expect much. But people kept saying their goals felt different afterward. More real, more like something they'd actually do. So we kept building.
What we believe
Goals fail when your whole self doesn't agree with them. The thinking brain picks something reasonable, but if the rest of you isn't on board, you won't follow through. The method behind Reprog gives your feeling self a vote.
The best tool is the one that makes you not need it. We'd rather you use Reprog for three goals and move on than keep paying us forever. Quiet effectiveness over loud promises.
